Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos is releasing SIDs 60725-60726 to protect against a critical
authentication bypass vulnerability in Fortinet FortiOS, FortiProxy,
and FortiSwitchManager (CVE-2022-40684).

Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the server-other rule
sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
