Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-other,
file-image, file-java, file-other, os-windows, protocol-dns,
protocol-other, protocol-scada and server-webapp rule sets to provide
coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
