Custom inspector

[Sebastian Wnęk via Snort-sigs <snort-sigs () lists snort org>]

Hi,
Could someone help me add a custom inspector to snort3? I copied
CMakeLists.txt from dpx. Added to snort .lua but when I try to list all
plugins then I don't see mine.

I also found something like this https://seclists.org/snort/2017/q2/110 but
it's too old.
