Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the exploit-kit,
file-image, file-multimedia, file-other, malware-cnc, netbios,
os-mobile, os-solaris, policy-other, protocol-imap, server-mysql and
server-webapp rule sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from
these technologies.
