OpenAppId (ver. 342): DetectorCommon and detector odp_service_ike.lua BUG: nil in string.format

Hello, my snort3 failed in Lua Appid detector service_ike:

snort[11799]: lua detector odp_service_ike.lua: error validating
.../APPID_PATH/odp/libs//DetectorCommon.lua:169: bad argument #2 to
'format' (string expected, got nil)

I've looked to DetectorCommon and as a workaround I've found that maybe we
should check the  'stringValue' variable for nil in a loop in function
getStringValue()..
