Snort rules for Linux 4.14

Hi,

 I am writing an article regrading the vulnerabilities faced in a Linux
system and the related available snort rules. I came across tcp sack
attack. Whether snort rule for the same available?

Is there any document available related to Linux and related attacks and
snort rules from the snort website?
