Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-ie,
browser-plugins, browser-webkit, file-identify, file-multimedia,
file-other, indicator-shellcode, malware-cnc, policy-other,
protocol-dns, protocol-other, server-iis, server-mail and server-webapp
rule sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from these
technologies.
