Compiling Snort on Visual Studio

I have download Snort 2.9.9.0 source code and tried to run it on VS 2013
using Win-Prj in win32. It first migrated and then failed. My operating
system is Windows 7 64bit. I need to compile it as part of my task. Any
help???
