Hello everybody,


An usefull command line for launch your snort in inline mode which a store in the log directorie 😊

snort -i <device> --daq dump -dev -l ./log

where -i option is your network interface ! 😉

the IP isn’t set up in the command line because It is set up in the snort.conf ! 😉

My inline mode work which dump !

Don’t forget to create a log directorie 😉 (in your snort !)

don’t forget too to create a snort user and a snort group 😉
