Hello,

I agree, unsubscribing needs to be easier, or atleast work. I tried
unsubscribing and never got an email, also didn’t get unsubscribed. IMO you
should also provide a list for updates, security issues etc. I’m not
interested in everyones support request, I’d just like to be informed of
updates and issues. Please remove me from the list as I cannot do it myself.

I'm just some random user, but I figured since seeing hundreds of these
unsubscribe messages that there is a real problem with your unsubscribe
function so I checked it out. Here's what I found:

1) Your unsubscribe process doesn't meet the requirements of the CAN-SPAM
Act
2) there are too many steps including verifying myself as a user in order
to unsubscribe
3) A user must sign in in order to have an unsubscribe email or message
sent, with more steps
4) Unsubscribe email has a randomized address, goes directly to junk mail
and looks like spam
5) Once followed, a user must CONFIRM the subscription removal request

I suggest replacing your unsubscribe link with a simple auto-fill email
address with a big unsubscribe button. Keep it simple.

I suggest checking out the guidelines of the CAN-SPAM act here -

Do you use email in your business? The CAN-SPAM Act, a law that sets the
rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial
messages, gives recipients the right to have you stop emailing them, and
spells out tough penalties for violations.

I have removed Ryan.

I can’t figure out how people get on the list and can’t figure out how to
remove themselves from it.

Still putting a little too much ass in this, but you did provide a little
more info, so that's progress. Did you try to unsubscribe by sending an
email or going to the mailman page?

You think I haven’t tried that dumbass. I’ve unsubscribed a 100 times.

You can continue to be a jerk and hope for the best. Or you can read the
list info at the bottom of your email, including that FAQ on etiquette. If
the unsubscribe address (maybe) and the mailman page (unlikely) don't work,
then send an email explaining what you did and asking - politely - to be
unsubscribed.

Cheers
