So, just to be fair, I feel like there's been a lot of this kind of
traffic recently, and I might know why. I do think there's something
wrong with the unsub feature (or, more like, the email setup of the
sending SMTP server(s)). I tried to unsub recently, experimentally, and
could not. I looked through our email gateway logs, and saw the unsub
message come through, get greylisted, and then it was never resent, and
I never received it, so it's possible that anyone whose mail system uses
greylisting cannot unsubscribe and has already tried.

I can look into this more thoroughly and provide logs if it would help
the administrators - this was just a glance, not a thorough inspection,
so I could have missed something.
