how perform snort 3 detection?

Hello Evry Body,
i am testing snort 3 with pytbull ,as resultat i have not detection ,i had
loaded all rules of comunity how can i perform detection of snort 3 ,is
there any source of rules that can use snort ++ without from snort comunity
