Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the blacklist,
browser-ie, browser-other, browser-plugins, exploit-kit,
file-executable, file-identify, file-multimedia, file-office,
file-other, malware-cnc, netbios, server-mail and server-webapp rule
sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
