Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-ie,
browser-other, exploit-kit, file-flash, file-identify, file-multimedia,
file-office, malware-backdoor, malware-cnc, malware-other, netbios,
os-windows, policy-other, protocol-imap, protocol-other, protocol-pop,
protocol-rpc, protocol-voip, pua-other, server-mail, server-oracle,
server-other and SQL rule sets to provide coverage for emerging threats
from these technologies.
