Snort Inline Mode in Windows

Hi,

Does snort support inline mode in windows? If yes, where is the
documentation for that? The snort-inline project is abandoned
<http://snort-inline.sourceforge.net/> as the lead developers have moved to
suricata, which has no support for ips mode on windows
<https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37391929/suricata-windows-inline-mode>
(2016).
There is a video on youtube that uses TWIDS but I am not sure about its
effectiveness. There is an old thread (2006) on wilderssecurity.com that
mentions snort does not have support for inline mode on windows
