Cant download preprocessors rules

Hi...

I want to use Snort but when I download Snort and community-rules there
arent etc, preproc_rules, rules and so_rules...
I was trying to install it as it was in the tutorial but i miss these
files...

Can you give me an advice what am I doing wrong ?
