install directory for dynamicpreprocessor

when I build the snort, it installs snort_dynamicpreprocessor under
./build/src/dynamic-preprocessors/build/${prefix}/lib directory.. not
${prefix}/lib directory.. is this a bug? I should look at the build code,
but being lazy asking around. thanks.
