Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-ie,
browser-plugins, exploit-kit, file-flash, file-image, file-multimedia,
file-office, file-other, file-pdf, indicator-compromise,
indicator-shellcode, netbios, os-linux, os-windows, policy-other,
policy-social, protocol-dns, protocol-snmp, server-apache, server-iis,
server-mail, server-mysql, server-oracle and server-webapp rule sets to
provide coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
