Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the blacklist,
browser-ie, exploit-kit, file-flash, file-identify, file-multimedia,
file-office, file-pdf, indicator-compromise, malware-cnc, netbios,
os-windows, protocol-imap, protocol-voip, pua-other, server-mail,
server-oracle, server-other and sql rule sets to provide coverage for
emerging threats from these technologies.
