Snort string matching whitelist possible?

[bancfc () openmailbox org]

Can snort do string matching where the packet payload MUST match a 
certain whitelisted text string and only that?

I want to make sure that nothing malicious is sneaked into the rest of 
the packet besides the allowed data.
