Thank you for the quick answer. I checked a pcap capture and, yes I can see the source and the destination and (the 3 way handshake). And to give more precision : If leave the rules with the flow:to_server, established, the rules will not be triggered. I if remove the established key (so the rule contains flow:to_server), it works fine. Can you confirm this by looking at a pcap? On Feb 10, 2014, at 8:59 AM, sami Sayko <saykosami () yahoo com> wrote: Hi,
I'm using snort 2.9.5 (Windows), and official ET and snort rules. I noticed a strange thing with the official rules : The rules with established option never triggered, but if I remove the "established" option, all things we'll be ok !!!! I'm using a normal configuration (default). Except that my web server is behind a load balancer. Can someone help me to find a solution ? Thanks
