How to define External Port lists to be ignored in snort

Dear All,

I want to define an external port list to be excluded from snort logging, i.e I want to make a separate file for ports 
to be ignored by snort and add this file to snort. How can I do this.
As we can define whitelist/black list IPs, Similar to that..
