Snort Not logging alert

Hi Need help in troubleshooting snort logs not appearing in SEIM console.

There are two promisc interface and one main and one backup interface.

Etho- main interface.
eth1 backup
eth2 maine promisc interface
eth3 backup promisc interface.

When I check logs under /var/log/snort/snort_eth2.2344532 file,

Its show capturing packet from eth0.  Can any one help or face similar
issue, why logs shows that it is capturing logs from eth0.

My second issue is inspite quite high traffic, my seim conssole shows only
1 or 2 alerts in a day.
