Anshuman there are calculated items in Zabbix that I think you could use to
do math and calculate a percentage, and then graph that. You would have to
know what the "maximum" was in that case though and do some simple math to
pull out a percentage.

Google "zabbix calculated items" and you might find what you're looking for
