@daq error

Hi


I installed reinstalled snort as root on mounted dir but still getting the
error "program snort can be found in following packages"


but when i run snort as oneadmin id stats to run but gives daq error .

almost wasted five days but unable to find what is happening if i am
installing snort as root then why cannot i run it and how i am running it
as oneadmin with daq error?

if i do snort -V as root get error
program snort can be found in following packages

and if run snort -v as oneadmin then get

snort-2.9.4.6 how is it possible?


plz anybody guide so that i can proceed further.
