Dynamic Rule was not initilized properly

Hello,

Has anyone else seen this problem?

Sep 23 13:12:25 ids02 snort[6947]: Dynamic Rule [3:23039] was not initialized properly.


I can't tell when this started happening, but it appears that this is the only sid:sig complaining.

Where do I investigate?
