Dynamic Rule [x:yyyy] was not initialized properly

Hi,
I am running snort 2.9.4.6 on amazon linux ami.
I am using pulledport v0.6.1 to update my rules.
every time there is a change in the rules I have the following errors until
I am restarting snort:

I try to investigate this problem and saw that when I replace dos.so file
with a new one I get the above errors.

can anyone help me with these errors?
