Hey guys,
No rules are set to drop. Only have them to make alert. However the event log
says "blocked: 1"

where do you see/get this "event report" from? this is not a standard snort

  I doublechecked the conf files and each is set to alert.
event 3666  sig id: 18 gen id: 129 revision: 1  (129 || 18 || stream5:
Data sent on stream after TCP Reset received)
How this blocked it?

perhaps whatever tool you use to process the events sent a block to the firewall?
