Rules enablement/disablement follow certain policy, with default, if I am not mistaken, is connectivity.

If you use PulledPork, it will handle this for you and enable/disable rules based on the policy you choose.

 Hello,

I have downloaded snort-rules nearly two weeks before. However, there is problem in the rules. The inside of all rule 
files are black or comment out, so there are not working. Can you help me to solve that problem ?
