Rule download fails

Hi everyone

Is downloading VRT rules working for you?

wget 
http://www.snort.org/sub-rules/snortrules-snapshot-2940.tar.gz/<oink_code>

Results in --> 2013-02-25 13:07:51 ERROR 403: Forbidden.

Does anyone experience the same problems?
