SDF Triggering

Hello,

Have recently installed Snort and am starting to see the following alerts:

sensitive_data: sensitive data global threshold exceeded

When I view the alert, in Snorby, it is showing no payload data so am surprised that this is even triggering ? Have I 
possibly mis-configured something along the way ?
