DAQ module for Endace cards

I've written an external DAQ module for Endace DAG cards and published
it on GitHub at http://bit.ly/N3OJdl   The code is heavily based on
Randy Caldejon's DAQ module for Napatech cards and Brian Trammell's
Endace module for YAF.

I've been running this code for several months now with a DAG 7.5G4 and
recently with a 9.2X2 on 64-bit Linux servers without any issues.

Any feedback, especially from professional C programmers on ways to
improve the code, would be much appreciated.
