Query Payload Section in BASE

Hi

I am trying to search for certain IP in the Payload section of BASE.  How
should I create the query as.

For example

If I need to see if I can see the IP 127.0.0.1 in the payload section how
should I construct the query on the search page of Base.  I am using Base
1.4.5.
