snort 2.9.2.2 build 121 packages for RHEL5.x and RHEL6.x now available (now with libpcap-1.2.1)

Hi everyone,

Sorry about the noise but I hadn't noticed when people started using 
libpcap-1.2.1 instead of libpcap-1.1.1.. I just rebuilt all of these rpms 
to make use of libpcap-1.2.1. Please let me know of any issues, 
suggestions, etc... Thank you. The libpcap1 rpms have now been updated to 
1.2.1.
