BASE - Graphing - PHP 5.3.6

It seems that updating to PHP 5.3.6 has made the graphing capabilities
inoperative in BASE, as all I get is a box with no data.

Does anyone have graphing working on BASE and use PHP 5.3.6?  If so can you
list and post your Pear packages with version numbers.
