SF Folks,

If a user installs from source and later needs SF/Snort/Community
support, what files created during the install do you most often ask
for?

First thing that springs to mind is the config.log.

That is a good starting point for configure time issues. If you are having
make / install issues:

make.out (as in make &> make.out)
install.out (as in sudo make install &> install.out)

would help in addition to config.log.
