What is PR ?

The only problem I encountered was this one during the install and package 
build. I had to fix it the manual way.
The issues is with the Ports Makefile.

im working on snort ports one with dean at sourcefile.  had LOTS of     issues 
with the one listed in PR.

maybe we can incorporate this.
