Michael, Firstly, thanks for your interest in the patches! I had a friend hosting my site out of his home for a while, but as with all great things, that eventually came to an end. I haven't invested any time in looking for replacement hosting, though I've thrown up a placeholder in the meantime. I should have the site archived, and can provide you any of the patches you're looking for. If you're seriously willing to host the site, I'd be very appreciative. It's a VERY low demand site; maybe one to five visits/day and all static content. No need for PHP/Ruby/etc. Thanks, Colin On Mon, Mar 28, 2011 at 12:31 AM, Michael Scheidell < michael.scheidell () secnap com> wrote:
I was looking for documentation on a set of patches I usually apply to barnyard ( to submit to freebsd ports maintainers so I don't have to do it all the time myself) and found that the source of the patches is offline (mostly) anyone have contact info? I can offer hosting for the patches, they are important. sometimes mysql 'times out' and barnyard goes away: FATAL ERROR: Error (MySQL server has gone away) executing query: SELECT sig_id FROM signature WHERE sig_name='ET POLICY Protocol 41 IPv6 encapsulation potential 6in4 IPv6 tunnel active' AND sig_rev=0 AND sig_sid=2012141 The patches also cache certain variables, as well as adding in a couple nice structures to make sure daabase is consistent.
