Error: Can't Initialize DAQ pcap (-1) bad dump file format

Hello
I found a malicious file from openpacket.org to test my instance of SNORT. I try 
to run it through in its original .raw format and I get an error. I import the 
file into Wireshark, save it as tcpdump .pcap and I get the same error. How do I 
correct this?
