Reporting/stats from logs

So I've been trying to come up with a good way of getting stats and I'm
having a rough go of it.  I have a fast alert file that I have been
using.  I tried using snortalog, but it looks like the format of the
alert file is too new perhaps seeing as I only get nothing but zero
entries no matter what I try.  Anyone have any pointers/scripts/sites I
can access?  Thank you.
