Sorry, no clue. That sid does not appear in my rule sets, at all, nor in
the oinkmaster-controlled backups.

This alert (1:14782:0)  has been showing up in the snort database, but
there are no rules or entries in the sid-msg.map for this.
Does anyone have any ideas ?
