ERROR: Rules with SDF options cannot have other detection options in the same rule

This is on Windows. I have enabled IPV6 on install. Snort fails to start.

 

Running with the -T switch I get:

 

ERROR: Rules with SDF options cannot have other detection options in the
same rule.

Fatal Error, Quitting..

 

If I place a comment:

 

# include $PREPROC_RULE_PATH/sensitive-data.rules

 

Snort starts. What is causing this. I think it's a problem with the Windows
compile. Using the latest available VRT ruleset and configuration.
