Updated Snort Security Platform 3.0 Beta Available

We made a few minor modifications to the SnortSP 3.0 beta, available at
http://www.snort.org/dl/snortsp/

* Fixed building on Debian

* Added sspiffy.sh file referenced in README.bridge
