update to "Debian, Snort, Barnyard, BASE, & Oinkmaster Setup Guide"

The Debian-Snort setup guide is now updated for Snort 2.4.5 
and 2.6 along with BASE 1.2.5 (sarah)  Also, MySQL 4.1 
disappeard from Etch, so now the install guide includes 
MySQL 5.0.  There is now better direction on getting 
the right beta net install iso: debian-testing-i386-netinst.iso

Finally, there is an 11th step that includes a (very basic) 
init script for both Barnyard and Snort. 

If you see any errors, or can offer improvements, let me know please.
