problem with service, sensor and base mainscreen

hi...

i need big help...for install snort service

i have the problem with service for snort. i read
articel "Master/Single - Windows Intrusion Detection
System (WinIDS)" i can run the service, the error
message is 
"could not start the snort service on localhost 
 error 1067: the proses terminated unexpectedly"

and i have the error at command prompt after i press
crlt+c pcap_loop: read error: PacketReceivePacket
failed

so the base-mainscreen not display sensor and Traffic
Profile by Protocol
