IDS policy Manager not updating

Hello All,

Has anyone run into a problem with IDS policy Mgr stop updating rules all of
a sudden?  I've double-checked that the oink code is correct, the necessary
options are checked, and it seems to no longer check for updates when you
run the policy manager.  I'm running version 1.8.1 build 66.
