snort is becoming a dying project?

last day I post a bug report mail, no one response.

maybe I am wrong, so I use gdb trace a large packet has option field,
found the spp_defrag3 can't resemble it correctly .

 IP header len had already  included ip option part's len, but defrag3
preprocess calculate IP payload by ip pkt start position + IP Header
Len + IP option len.

no developer response!

It's sound snort had no developer to maintainenced any more?
