mysql error 145 "mysql cannot open file xxx.myi"

Hi guys, I just want to check if anyone else had seen
this error, the error has started appearing today I've
check and repaired the relevent tables, but to no
avail, I've reloaded from backup and it appears to be
clear so far, nothing has changed on either sensors or
database server in the past couple of days, 
any ideas ?
