I don't think the software has propogated to the mirrors yet.
Sourceforge.net is aware of the problem.   Thanks for reporting it. :)

Is anyone else having trouble contacting the mirrors at Sourceforge for
BASE.  I keep getting this error:

Does not matter which mirror I select.
