No, HT only came in on the faster P4s and Xeons: <http://www.intel.com/products/ht/hyperthreading_more.htm>. There are no 2GHz CPUs with HT.

If you go dual, you can process 2 simultaneous threads at a total of
1.6GHz.  If you go single 2GHz, you still get 2 simultaneous threads, but
at 2GHz.

Except that HT isn't symmetric. It's best thought of as an extra 1/6 of a CPU.
